Zomania... Um, is it still in business?

Without really looking for any information on them, I stupidly ordered $200 worth of stuff the other day from there. Now, that I can't get a hold of them by phone, and there is no email addy. I am getting a little worried. Nothing has come in the mail, and I'm not even sure they are still around?

HOw did you pay? If by Paypal go into your account & see whether the money has been claimed, you can also make a claim for a refund if you don't receive anything?

have you tried the standard email addy off his site? Hmmmmm just been to look & its gone... it was sales@zomania.com iirc?

Cheers Shelton.

I think I'll give him a bit longer to reply, thanks for the info though. I hope everything works out.

They were moving in the middle of July - give them a little time to settle in. Having said that their number is still up at their website . . .

I've tried that number about 15 times. I saw a different number posted somewhere, but now that its an appropriate hour to call, I can't find it.

They owe me about $200 and 8 frags. I haven't been able to get ahold of them by phone or email. Been a few months now. I am a pretty calm guy, but i am starting to look at my options for reconciliation

Have you ever got in touch with them? See its only been about a week for me. If it gets to 2 weeks, I will simply file a claim with paypal and get my money back. But since you waited past 30 days, then you can't do that any longer. I guess you will have to get the PD involved?

This is horrible, what another good place to order zoa's from? His looked nice!

I keep getting a message that the person I ahve called has not set up a voice mailbox.

I have sent them a lot of money and they are supposed to be holding stuff for me too. I hope they are simply in the midst of moving. I understand they have 1000's of frags to move - it must be incredibly time consuming.

Well, I basically made many small orders and paid shipping on them until they became a large order that was finally shipped for the free shipping price. I received my order minus a bunch of frags as they where unable to be shipped. They owe me 198 in back shipping plus all the missing frags. That is why it has been over 30 days. getting close to a 6 months now, but I didn't contact them for a few months as I was just going to use the money to buy more frags and get another shippment. I have received 2 orders from them and the zoos are nice, that survive, but I have spend way to much money on what I have actually received.

I placed a claim through Paypal. Hopefully it will return my money. Supposedly if he doesnt' respond then they refund my money, and it gets charged to his account.

It seems Paypal has shut them down... I created an order to see if the account was still valid and this is what I got...

Maybe they'll respond to paypal now.

I just spoke with them. They have had some problems when they moved, lost computer data, screwed up phones etc. - typical moving glitches, and they appreciate everyone's patience. Having said they they will be ready to ship soon. Also - the phone number on the website now works. Given them a call to finalize things if you are waiting for corals.

I was told that if folks are no longer comfortable with waiting, contact him for a refund. If you are OK with waiting, he mentioned that there would be some freebies in the deal.

I was pretty unimpressed with my experience with them. I can get better stuff locally.
