Idea..... Boil some water, while hot but not too hot, fill a 2 liter coke bottle. Insert in tank.
I would start to panic around 70.

Idea 2. Put some tank water into a stainless steel pot. Heat on stove. Return to tank.

By the way, how do you have internet with the power off?

EDIT

Remove (Heat on stove)
Add. (Light a bunch of crap on your lawn, heat water and toast marshmellows.)

Is your water heater and/or stove out? You can heat water, put it in sealed containers (plastic or glass) and float them in the tank.

If you have any chemical hand/foot warmers (used in skiing/winter sports, also in shipping livestock), you can also put them in a plastic bag and float it in the tank. With these, it would be better to leave them open to the air, since they need air for the chemical reaction that causes the heating. You could use a fish bag and secure it so the top is above the water line (you don't want the chemicals in the hand warmer in contact with your water).

A 5 degree drop isn't terrible, but I'm betting the heat loss will accelerate as the outside temp cools. You should wrap your tank in towels/blankets in an attempt to keep the heat in.

Finally, you'll want some water movement, both to provide some oxygenation and distribute any heat you are able to provide.

Good luck.

Kevin

A year ago I lost power for 18 hours and my tank temp dropped to 68. Nothing died. I think you'll be fine even if it's in the low 70s for several hours. You do have a battery powered air pump running, right?
