Anyone watching the hockey game

I am never home at night but I am this evening. I have the NY Rangers playing some small town hockey team and the Yankees.

0-0 after 1.

THE hockey game was last night (Devils/Sens), but yes, I am watching the Rangers/Sabers. Rangers have been a surprise this post-season, but Buffalo has too many weapons.

Buffalo might be more talented.
I am a huge fan of the NHL playoffs. Even the OT games.

They really need to get the NHL back on ESPN. So much better in HD.

Sad loss again...Miller is gonna get mad again and dis his teammates like last time...I think it's time he does it again! The Sabres can't win with Miller alone...these guys gotta get thier *bleep* together. I hate to see them come this far for the Rangers to knock them out.

Yeah - I know - we have the technology to place a yellow line on a football field for TV but can't have a difinitive wayt o tell if a puck crosses a surface.

I understand the call - inconclusive to change the no goal called on the ice - but you need better cameras then - cause that crossed.

Can't complain too much we got a couple earlier in the series.

The Rangers and Sabres series is great. I'm a Rangers fan, so tonight was nice. That puck probably crossed the line, but there was no way to tell 100% with the cameras the way they were. Some better camera angles are definately in need though

Heh, with all this modern technology we can't have a camera on the other side of the ice?

I just watched the first couple periods of the Vancouver/Anaheim game in Vancouver. Felt like I was watching a completely different sport... I guess that'll happen when you play the game on ice as opposed to frozen slush. Can't wait to go to game 5

Should be a good game on Friday. I bet they'll be like a whole new team now that Lindy has two days to get them ready. I think yesterday's no goal call was just a make up call from the other day on the kicking the puck call.

I'm really surprised that the NHL doesn't have a Top-Down cam hanging from the top crossbar. Wouldn't this make sence?? Or a camera on the post of the goal line. Either way, there wouldn't be anymore calls to Toronto for decission.

As much as it sucked that the sabres lost last night, I am excited to watch "good hockey". It makes the series better by keeping it close IMO.

I'd like to see the Sabres end up against the Wings. What does everyone else think?

Mike

I think wings vs Sabres would be a good series and that is my prediction for who we will end up playing if we make it.

I think this years games are great. I predicted Ottawa/San Jose before the playoffs, but it looks like Anahiem may sneak in.
Buffalo needs to learn how to play hungry, and winning with 1 goal games are not going to get you to the finals. I am Anti- Hasek so I am going against Detroit.
Going with the west for the Cup , since I am an Oiler fan.

Well I had to settle for listening to the game while at work, atleast it was FM. I thought I was foing to have a heart attack in the 3rd period, and OT. But I am glad for the outcome, Looking forward to Sunday and I actually get to watch it too.

I was able to go to las tnights game - one of the best games I've ever been too. Crowd was awsome - I do think last years game 6 with Carolina was a better crowd but this one came close - especially in the 3rd. The look on everyone's faces right after the goal was awestruck.
