Poor chalk bass...

I mixed a new water change batch and let it circulate all night and changed out next day like i always do. Except when the new batch was added and i went to cleanup i noticed a floater on the bottom. What the heck. I guess he jump from the main tank into the new batch and didnt have a chance.
Did he mean to jump in there or was it a lucky jump. I will admit that he was forced into a corner by my yellow tail and never looked like he was safe or never had a piece of LR to call home.I added a 3/4 inch pvc tube and he lived in there but not any more. He was a cool fish.

Sorry to hear about your fish. It's so weird that we understand how bad it feels to loose a fish, but if you tell most of your friends or coworkers whatever they think we are mental cases to be so bummed out about it!
