Q about flow

what i have is a 240g tank 96"x24"x24" what is the best turnover for a mixed reef ive got 20x turnover right now do ineed more thanks any input would be great

also thought i should add that i have 350#'s of sand and about 300#'s of rock what kind flow should i have in there thanks and any input would be great

i have a 240 of the same dimensions and this is the flow on my system - it seems to be doing well...

4 @ seio 2600 on two controllers
1 @ tunze powerhead (1200gph) on single controller
about 2000gph in return flow.

im estimating (since the flow is probably overestimated a bit) about 50X turnover per hour.
