Matt:

Your PM is full below is my message:

The main unit is a waterbug controller with two water sensors one for hard surfaces and one for undercarpet. I put the one for hard surfaces in the bottom of my cabinet and the the carpet sensor, well you guessed under the carpet. When the waterbug senses water (and damn its sensitive) it will shut down power to the powerstrip (where you plug in all devices you want to turn off in the event of a water spill). The unit also has another set of switched outlets in case you have two circuits feeding your tank that you want to shut down. I had the unit in operation for 2 years and never had one bit of trouble with it. It saved me once when my skimmer overflowed, it sensed water and shut everything down, probably paid for itself. The unit was primarily assembled by me (I have an electrical engineering background)
I am selling becasue I set upa fish room that has a drain so a leak will not flood my house. Let me know if you're interested and I will work up a shipping quote. Thanks for looking

Craig
