Arrow Propagation questions

Isitpossibleto propagate/frag weslophylia (open brians), elegance coral? how would you do it, and what is the recovery time on these pieces?

I would suggest against it, as cutting any of the tissue could very likely cause an infection in/on the coral and it may become diseased and perish. Not worth the risk in my opinion, ...

Why do u say that? are they more prone to getting infections? u cut acan flesh all the time. When u frag lps u more often than not do cut the tissue. So why would this be any different?

Although I agree with skeeter-doc (especially with the elegance coral, enough people have a hard time keeping them alive with out cutting them in half) I have heard that you can frag open brains with a wet saw. You can pick up a tile saw at just about any hardware store. That way you cut through the hard "skeleton" without creating a bunch of heat or a lot of tearing. Like I said though, I have heard about doing it this way, I have never done it myself.
