Dark Spots on Tang

Hi about a week ago I noticed faint blotches starting to appear on my yellow eyed tang
I thought this might have been the start of ich I started adding Zoe to the food yesterday and today I noticed that the spots have gone dark.
Today I've added 2 Skunk shrimps this morning so I'm hoping they'll get so cleaning done if the tang will let them.

any ideas what this dark spots might be?

Black ich would be small black dots. Does he have these blotchy spots all the time? Many fish diplay a 'fright pattern' usually at night.
Heres a link so you can check the black ich

Does the fish have any other symptoms such as flashing, heavy breathing etc.?
