help, what kind of glue can you use to caulk an acrylic sump?

Help my acrylic sump has a leak in the seams. I have drained it. I know that you can use weldon 16 to caulk the joints, but there is none available around here. Can use use a product called weldbond to caulk the joints? is it safe for the inhabitants of the aquarium?

Thanx

Is this a DIY sump or one you bought? The only thing that will effectively seal it is a solvent such as weldon. Anything else may not seal the problem reliably. If you can't get #16, get #4 and saw some acylic. Take the acylic dust and mix it with the #4 till it disolves into a thicker consistancy. This is the equivilant of weldon #16. Did you try looking up acrylic suppliers in your area the the weldon?
