Spionid worms

hi think my friends tank has these..How bad are they? How can i get rid of them? Thanks (tried dipping and grapping with tweezers already lol...Thanks!!

The little spiral ones that have a teeny tiny red feather duster on the end of the spiral?

i havent seen red but ill look
mostly sandy like hollow tubes where they have been?
they themselves appear to be white or clearish..gonna go take another look thank you!
