Question Mushroom vomit?

I just get a mushroom from my LFS and it has been in my tank for a few days. It has been looking fine until tonight I noticed white worm like stuff coming out of its mouth. What is this stuff? Is it bad? Do I need to remove it? Can it spread to my other mushrooms? Let me know thanks...

that is the mushroom guts. That is what happens when it gets stressed. It should be fine. Normally they recover from this depending on your water perameters
