Hey Guys

Hey guys..i would like to introduce my self before i ask anything..
Im Cj and ijust started my own 20 gallon Nano Reef and i seriously fell in love with it....and i had fresh water before but i think their boring compare to Salt Water!

Well Anyways, i have a 20 gallon tank with live rocks and live sand, and i have T-8 15W 1 Marine Glow ( Actinic ) and 1 Power-Glo (18,000K ) so with thos kind of lighting can i put corals and stuff? the Fluorescent Light Box said " Ideal For, Salt Water aquariums , and Corals , Invertibrates... so i was wondering if its ok?

ok..so ....=CJ...gotta remember that.
The lights are good, but I dont think the wattage is enough. Yes, you be able to keep some corals (softies), and "stuff" but not all.
I would read about the importance of lights on this and other sites....knowledge is power.

you should be able to keep anything in the tank with those lights EXCEPT some SPS corals, and clams. softies and LPS like mushrooms, and candycanes will do good in there. i will suggest researching anything you plan on buying in the future, maybe pick up a good book or two along the way.

15W is pretty dim. I wouldn't bet on Caulastrea (one coral called "candy cane") being happy anywhere except very close to the light. Mushrooms and most soft corals should survive. I would vote against any host anemones or stony corals for the moment. This book should help:
