Where should I snorkel in Key West?

I am going to Miami and Key West for my vacation next week and was wondering if someone could tell me a good place to go on a guided snorkel trip?

Well, we are staying at the Looe Key Dive resort just outside of Key West. Do a google search for it and youll find the site. Its considered some of the best diving and snorkeling in the states.

I'm going there next weekend as well!

I was just recently in the Keys and went snorkeling at Bahia Honda Park. We saw 5 foot stingrays, 3 foot nurse sharks, and manatees. It's not exactly in Key West (further north), but it's definitely worth it.

We went to a place on Hawks Key, sorry can't remeber the name but its not hard to find. It's a dive shop right on the highway. Took us out for about 3 hours small lunch, very nice people. Great snorkling.

if your going to be in keywest, there is a sunset snorkel cruise where you can snorkel for an hour then on the way back its all you can drink which is always fun, this is the company http://furycat.com/, there are alot of other cool things north to as well as tons of other charters onthe island.

the snorkeling/scuba in key west just isnt as good as it is north of there... the northern keys are the best mainly because they have the areas like john pennecamp state park that are protected and therefore less damaged than normal reefs
