Question can Angels X breed?

I've a question. Could my Flame Angel and Emperor Angel cross breed?

I'm pretty sure a Centropyge X Pomacanthus cross would be unlikely, but according to the Scott Michael book there are many possible pygmy X pygmy hybrids and several are commonly found in nature.
