Gracillaria VS Chaetomorph ???

Which is better, if one is more so than the other?

Any good sources where I can get clean pieces of each without any Caulerpa mixed in it?

Here you go:

Best Plants and Algae for Refuge - Part I

Best Plants and Algae - Part II

Part two answers your question.

In summary both are the very best macroalgae for nutrient export. Chaeto is slightly easier to keep, while Gracillaria is nice to feed with but needs more light.

Well after going through the info I decided, why not get both?
For the time being I've placed them in the return side of my sump temporarily until I get my fuge done and operating.

Can't wait to see how much it helps out my tank and inhabitants.
