Talking stresed tang

I recentley aclimated a new yellow tang, after eating and swimming fine it developed lots of waste and heavey breathing.
It was on its side the next morning
What was the problem Everything in the tank has been living fine
for 3 years

It could be internal parasite, but this is the wrong forum to ask in.

i dont have much advice but im curious about y theres a smiley by the thread when this isnt a happy thing....how big is the tank and do a water change

I was thinking the same thing

This maybe a tough question to ask, but is your tank well oxygenated?
