Epoxying frags

Bought a couple frags that were already attached to rubble rock. My Ricordia rock (which is small, single head on a small rock) keep tumbling off at night. My LFS only had the marineland hold fast epoxy. Can you use this stuff wet to hold down your frags? Also, how long to I wait to epoxy the frags for position for light adapt etc? I think I have them in good locations, but it's only been a few days and my lighting is still being brought up slightly each day.
