Help with Xenia

I just got back from vacation and my pulsing xenia split into 3 different stalks to nearby rocks. All three colonies are shrivled up and not pulsing. I normally do a water change every 2 weeks but I'm 1 week overdue. Before I left for vacation the xenia was huge and growing like crazy. I haven't checked my parameters this week, but everything else is doing fine. I this normal behavior after these things multiply?

No they dont shrivel after they multiply. You need to check your params (nitrates in particular, but check all the obvious stuff too like temp and sg and pH) and then report back. Cant really help without knowing the params
