dog faced yellow tang (pics)

I woke up this morning to find my yellow tang looking like a dog faced puffer. It looks like his upper lip folded back and is showing teeth. During the day today it has went back and forth covering his teeth and then not covering. Mabey he needs stitches or something? Any suggestions on what this is from?

It is probably due to malnutrition from the looks of it...

Always have seaweed in the tank for the tang. They constantly eat and this is a great way of having food for them to pick at all the time. Mine loves the stuff
