Arrow Garlic question

I've heard of a lot of people dosing garlic/ginger to sick fish with ich and other parasites...

I was just wondering how you go about dosing this
can the fish actually eat the garlic?
or do you just soak in garlic?

any directions regarding this would be greatly appreciated
Thanks!

You soak the food in garlic extract... i use GarlicXteme by Kent (i think), i let it soak the fod for 20 min before feeding.

People use much cheaper Kyolic extract found at whole food and health stores.

Soak with vitamins like Zoe also!

Fish seem to like the food more too.
