Looks like bubble algae but i'm not 100% sure. I would manually remove it but don't break any of the bubbles or you will release the spores and it will be everywhere.

It is red bubble algae.
TRy to remove it as harryk stated. this stuff has taken over my nano so try to remove it before it becomes a problem. It also can grow in pristine water conditions so more wcs and less feeding won't work. |

i posted this in our local forums as well
that is Botryocladia skottsbergii AKA red bubble alage or red valonia. it does not spread as quick as the green bubble algae, but still should be dealt with quickly in the same matter.

Pull it by hand, or an emerald crab will eat it.

IME it spread faster (much faster) and was harder to get rid of than other green species of BA.
