Have you read this article:
http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-09/rhf/index.php Kalk is always a good way to bring up PH, but if that's not working, my guess would be poor gas exchange. If you don't already, you want to get some water movement at the surface. Point a powerhead slightly up so it ripples the surface of the water. Also, if you have your tank covered with something that does not allow airflow, you'll want to remove the cover. If you have jumpers, there are alternatives, such as using egg crate (a.k.a. light diffuser). The above article will also give you instruction on how to run a simple test to see if you have excess levels of CO2 in your house, which would cause low PH.

7.9 at night to 8.15 during the day sounds just fine to me. Low Ph swing at night is normal and the swing your seeing isn't really that bad.

Try some fresh air.

I'd stay away from most PH buffers. They'll bring up low PH, but they do it by raising your alkalinity, which can cause problems. I agree with papagimp that 7.9 at night isn't anything to be really worried about, though. I like mine up around 8.2-8.3 during the day, and you're pretty much there. Just off the top of my head, looking at your alkalinity, it sounds like you have slightly excessive amounts of CO2, but certainly nothing dangerous.
Fresh air is indeed often times the cure. It's not at all uncommon for people to have low PH during the winter months, since our doors and windows tend to stay closed, and CO2 builds up inside the house.
