Target feeding

I see alot of people talking about feeding corals and reffering to target feeding. Does this require turning off pumps and using a syringe and directing the DT's or any type of phyto plankton.

I personally use a syringe I bought at a dollar store to target feed. I would recommend leaving your pumps on to continue to circulate the Dt's or whatever else you decide to use.

Target feeding button polyps or GSP beneficial as opposed to just adding the phytoplankton to the water.

Well, you can do it both ways. See which way gets a better response. If you want to kill two birds, drop the phyto right into the flow path and see what happens.
I do target feed cyclopeeze closer to the Button polyps. Either way I think you will be fine.
