First off, sorry, no pics. I know, I'm starting off on the wrong foot here. But my tank is at my office and didn't have the camera today.

But under a rock ledge I found what looks like a ball of "string" just smaller than a golf ball. The "string is about 1/16" of an inch wide. It is not moving. Did something lay eggs and the eggs are contained in the string? Stuck to the side of the tank is a string about 4" long also.

I know, vague.

Hmm, a thought just crossed my mind. My RBTA just divided last night, would it have something to do with that? A female that laid eggs and split?

Maybe some one has seen this in their tank. String is kind of green.

Will get pics this weekend.
