My understanding.. shrimp, pods and crabs only. Won't harm snails, slugs or starfish.

Building on what Dave mentions, any crustacean will be in danger to be killed, this is crabs of all types (hermits, mitrax, acro crabs and such), shrimps (cleaners, fire shrimps and such. Some pistols may survive as the concentration under the rock might be lower) specially hit will be amphipods and copepods so get ready after the treatment to potentially add a fauna kit to replace the ones lost.

Did a treatment with 6 times recomended for 12 hours. I lost a cleaner shrimp, acro crabs and most of my pod population.
All my stars and snails including my brittle didn't even notice the treatment.... The brittle star was out feeding thoughout the night! |
