Question strange thing in euphyllia

I have a hammer and a frogspawn that are displaying strange things...bubbles...
I took pics.. difficult to see..
just hoping anybody can help!





is it bad doctor???

they tend to do this(the bubble) just before the heads splits and begins to form a new head.. its just getting bigger for you thats all.. nothing to worry about.. they look healthy..
