I dont know about in the wild but I saw one at the Tulsa Aquarium that was close to 3 feet across . Mine is a little over 2 feet across and its foot or stem , what ever you call it ,is over 8" in dia. Its no longer happy in the 220 , not enough room to open all the way.

glaudds-that piece on the right could probably eat me... im scared haha, the ones on the left look a little friendlier!

graveyardworm- that first one is huge too! (probably not as big as glaudd's) but still huge the blue mushrooms give are great to compare its size too.. asfor the pink one, i bought a baby pink one as well.. but idont have hte vho's to make it nice pick.. and it looks like poo in my tank.. ahha but i love yours and ur picture

Sorry for the highjack but you guys and gals seem to know a lot about toadstools...

I have two totally different kinds of toadstools and I was wondering if it’s okay if they touch? I’m a little worried about them harming each other. Thank you.

Watch them for polyp contraction in the area where they touch. If the polyps remain out and unaffected then I would say its okay.

RokleM- haha its funny that you have the same picture with the same 2 occelaris=) i love your full tank shot! looks so nice, and u get that little bit of green perfectly from that macroalgae. i see you have two of the nanotunze, how do u like them? they look pretty neat as well , and is that a litlte neon goby hiding in the top left

I love the nanostreams. They replaced my Seio 820's (which have a "claimed" higher GPH), and increased flow significantly.
