Is that the one where it shows how the frontal lobe, which is incharge of reason, is still underdeveloped which causes teens to make bad judgment calls?

pretty interesting stuff... saw it about 3 years ago myself on the tube. Explains a lot...
My hubby likes the part where it states that males take much longer to develop their frontal lobe than female... thinks he can get off the hook with that (he's 30 in 1 month).
