Question Hippopus's

Anyone have a Hippopus Clam ??

Would love to see some pics

How large does this species get and what does it need as far as light compared to the rest of the clams ?

Hippopus clams can get up to about 20". they are found in very shallow water, about the same depth as Croceas so there lighting needs are about the same. very intense full spectrum light.

one of my LFS has one in a display. It is rather unimpressive, save for it's uniqueness or rarity. Id much prefer a maxima or squamosa.
