Feeding seaweed to fishes
Does anybody has a better way of feeding dried seaweed to fishes! It seems when ever I try that, the first one pulls out a huge chunk and eats a little bit and the rest of it gets washed away in sump! I have tried to make small cuts in the sheet so that they can only pull a small portion at a time but it seems the tangs go for the upper most cut and the rest of the peice goes flying into the water
Anybody has a better method!!! |

One of my LFS use a rock with Nori rubberband to it, I use it every day and they pick at it but it never comes apart.

I have found that some brands of sushi nori stay intack better when wet. Try experimenting until you find a brand that is less likely to fall apart. Also try folding the sheet into a tight wad before putting it on a clip.

I've tried several types of seaweed and found that the cheaper non roasted seaweed holds up better. Onigiri brand usually available at most major grocery stores. I generally take 4"X4" piece and fold it over 3 times and attach the closed corner to the feeding clip.
