Did you guy see any lord from Taiwan...I saw them in person today, it looks really nice and the polyps are round (shape) not like Indo lords. I will try to get the whole colony of this morph...I think no one has this morph yet...

Can we see a pic of this Lord you're talking about? I've never heard or seen of such.

Aren't all lord's polyps round when plump? All the ones I have indo or non are round. All the pics here are round too. Can you elaborate?

That is the curse of the acan tank, no fish hehe

Sure saves you some time on the water changes though!

Been seeing a lot of rainbow type acans lately, I got one I thought was nicer than all the rest but it still bores me.

I guess I need to step it up, I'm building up a tolerance here hehe better switch to the hard stuff!

Just got this one. Sub-echinata? Looks a little different than the sub-echinata I have now. This hasn't puffed up yet, has only been in the tank for about 30 minutes. Any ideas?

Closer pic:

The purple and blue is a little more pale in real life. Pics are under 20K, but I did do an autolevel in PS to take out allot of the blue. Will followup with better pics once it settles in.

Cool piece Zep. Love the color. But I don't think its an Acanthastrea. Not sure what it is. I would guess something in the Faviidae Family.

Let's see it when its settled in a little more.

Hey Randy.

Ya, when I first was looking, it looked like it had feeder tentacles like my other sub-echinata, but now as its settling in, its looking more and more like some kind of favia sp. Nothing like any I've had in before though. I'll have to throw it in the lpf forum and see if I can get an ID.
