Enough powerheads?

I am setting up a 75g live rock with only fish tank and was wondering if I have enough powerheads for water movement. I have two Via Aqua 609gph powerheads and two more that pump out like 300 gph or so. Was going to put two VA's behind the live rock to keep food and stuff from builiding up back there. Then going to put smaller two in middle of tank and have them blow on the front of the rock. Is this going to be enough water movement or still not enough?

I would be looking at 25X to 30X turn over myself.
75*25=1875 minimum

I run my tanks at closer to 50X but they have corals.
