Turnover through sump for a 65g

Just wanted to know if there is a recommend amount of water flow through the sump for a 65 g tank.

I'm aiming for a total of 30x. A combination of a closed loop setup, and sump.

Cheers

Tim.

3x - 5x or 10 x there is a big difference per hour in turnover.

Anyone else have some advice on this?

Cheers
