Reef Crystals

HAs anyone ever tested NSW alk ? is 13.6 to high ? for NSW

NSW alkalinity is about 6.5-7 dKh. Antyhing from 6.5 to 10ish is fine IMO. 13.6 is definitely higher than I would keep it, and it actually seems a little on the high side for freshly mixed reef crystals. I thought RC normally mixed up to around 9.5-10 dKh at 1.026 SG.

Reef crystal is IO "plus" right? (I used it before TM) (3-4 yrs ago)
Anyone know what IO alk and cal test at?
I just got some, Man it really seems to mix/disolve FAST!
