What should a New batch of NSW alk test at ? Is 13.6 wrong ?

Was it properly circulated?How long ? I wouldnt trust the new batch readings. Go by the main tank and the morning reading is best.

If mixed at 1.0265 or 35ppt, 12 to 13 dkh is about the norm.
