that is a Haptosquillid. I wouldn't highly advise it, because they are small and pretty reclusive.

Basically like my yellow spearer. I want a big active smasher, is peacock the way to go and I should hold out for one, or are there better?

if you want big mean and pretty, yeah peacocks are usually theway to go. just flip through Dr. Roy's ID page.
