Our first attempt at a CORA member Tank Tour will be held on Saturday, April 28th. We continue to work through some of the specifics but since it is now less than 3 weeks away, please use this thread as a mode to "sign-up". There will undoubtedly be questions so I will start a 2nd thread for discussion purposes.

What: CORA Tank Tour
When: Saturday April 28th - starting around 1PM (still TBD)
Where: Tanks at 4-5 CORA member's homes - Easton, Hilliard and Polaris areas
Who: Anyone interested (kids limited to 10 and over please)

The general plan is to meet at a predetermined location, likely in the Easton area, to begin the tour. There are some parking limitations at the host's homes so car pooling from the meeting point will be encouraged. Maps of the route, phone numbers (in case you get lost), etc. will be provided. We'll travel as a group to each home, take the tour and drive to the next. After the final stop, we plan to go to happy hour/dinner in either the Polaris or Easton area, ideally at a location with a patio (weather permitting). The meeting point, specific time and happy hour location are still being finalized.

This should be fun and educational. Many thanks to the hosts for volunteering to share.

If you are interested in taking the tour, please post in this thread, including the number of participants. We have no idea if the interest level will be 5 or 75 so it's important for us to get a feel for attendance.

Beth & I are in. We will put the 3rd seat in the Expedition, so we can get (4) more ppl in the car...6 if they are very friendly

It looks like we have about 23 plus the hosts...a nice sized group. If you have not signed up yet and are interested, please sign up by end of day Sunday (4/15) so we can get final numbers and finalize plans, routes, etc.

Two weeks away.

Id like to sign up. But with the understanding that I might not make it. If thats a problem or it would keep someone else from going, Ill stay home. Im just not sure if I can squeeze it in and still be prepared to get ready for vegas..

Ithreeputt2, it's not too late at all...I've got you down. Relative to your CORA dues, you can pay those at corareef.org or any monthly meeting. Since we'll be moving around, the tour is probably not conducive to collecting dues....someone please correct me if I am wrong.
