HUGE lot of aquarium magazines!

The boss says one way or another, these have to go.

I’ve got a monster huge lot of aquarium magazines.
ONE-HUNDRED-SEVENTY-SIX (176) issues in all! Most are in very nice condition, with minimal handling wear (much like a typical newsstand copy). Many hundreds of articles and hundreds of hours of reading. This would be a heck of a lot for an aquarium club library or serious aquarist. Times and styles change, but many things (such as good species articls and information) do not.

Please don’t ask me to search through these for a specific article, or look for all articles about a particular topic. It took me an hour just to go through and inventory all of these. Unless you are willing to work something out in advance of the search (to pay for the time involved), I simply wouldn’t consider undertaking such a task.

See the listing below for specific titles and issues.

My goal is not so much to make money, as it is to get these out of the house. So the more magazines you buy, the more I’ll seriously discount the price.

1 – 25 issues = $4.00 apiece + shipping fees.
26 – 50 issues = $3.00 apiece + shipping fees.
If you want over 50 issues….then you might as well take the entire lot for $100 + shipping fees.

Due to the weight and bulk of these (approximately 150 pounds!), I’ll probably have to break them up into three boxes with about 60 issues each, as the post office has a package weight limit of 70 pounds. As these are books, the “MEDIA MAIL” rate per 50 pound package should only be around $20 or so.

Wow... I wanted 2 but those prices are outragous to be "just getting them out of the house"

I'll offer $0.50 each for the two I would like.

Thanks for being rude Chris.

What is outrageous is the price of gasoline @ $3, a gallon of which I would burn running back and forth to my post office. Not to mention expending an hour of my time (finding, packaging, driving, standing in line at the PO around the holidays, etc).

I anticipated that folks like yourself might want a single issue or two, and thought it would be considerate to make that option available - but not for free. I think that the quoted price is honest, if you don't, then no harm brother.

I'd honestly much rather someone purchase the whole lot.
