pvc glue with manifold
This may seem like a silly question but do you glue the maniflod with pvc glue or would that be bad for the tank.I think that when the glue drys it wont be a problem but I am not sure.

When the PVC glue is still liquid, the fumes are highly toxic. Use the glue only with good ventilation. Once it dries it's perfectly safe.

Yep, good ol PVC works great. Be sure you clean and prime the PVC before you use the glue. Allow it to dry and it's perfectly safe for your aquarium as Al siad.
Just be sure you don't glue the 45* outlets. You want them to be able to rotate to what ever angle you need. Better yet, use loc-line.
