Angry Have to Sell!!!

Well folks unfortunately i must sell my SW reef, due to my sons health and mounting medical bills i can not afford to continue to afford a large tank. although i have had great success it hurts to have to do it but I MUST.

i am looking to sell the whole thing in 1 shot if possible, i will give it some time then if not able to sell it as a whole i will part out.

i have a perfecto 110 custom drilled, custom weir overflow and closed loop, 1 pan world 250, 1 mag9, 1 little giant 1100 gph, auto top off, 2 X 250W HQI bluewave 7 ballast, 4X 65watt (24") PC (4 daylight 4 dual actinics) 6 cooling fans, (keep my temps at 78.5 79.5 degrees) custom built 38g refuge stacked with cheato , ASM2 skimmer, digital timers for lighting, DJ powerstrip, custom stand (needs to be completed for astectics only) 145lbs live rock, many corals and supplies, and more i am sure i have forgot

all of the above is only 6 months to a 1 year old

Please follow link to pics of the setup, there are sub albums as well on the left side of the screen to many more pics

http://s187.photobucket.com/albums/x293/lilfishbigreef/

i am asking $1500.00 i will add more info later

Thanks for looking,

Saddly,
Emilio

Emilio,

Sorry to hear this and most importantly, sorry to hear about your son. I hope that everything will work out for him and you. Your tank looks great and I think a buyer will step up.

Sorry to hear about both getting out of the hobby and your sons health. I wish you luck with the sale, as that's definitely a more than fair deal, and my heart and thoughts are with you with your sons health.

Take care,

Eric

Emilio, Very sorry to hear about your son's health and your need to leave the hobbie specially since you just finish building that beautiful tank, I know you put a lot of time and effort in your tank.
Let us know if there is anything that we can do to help you set up your tank when times are better for you.
In the mean time I suggest that you try to split the items, you can get more money and sale it faster in this way.

Good Luck Emilio,

Rogger

Thanks Rogger and Cubano, i will give it a little time to see if it sells, i know parting out is sometimes better $$$

i guess i can start to see what interest there is for individual items, so let me know what you might be interested in.

i will have to come up itemized pricing. i will post them in the next couple of days

i also have a SW mixing station that is not pictured, it is a 32g Brute with iwaki pump, PVC piping for awesome circulation and airation, on the tank and mixing can i have quick valves for easy water changes i can both drain and fill the tank in about 8 minutes its about as easy as it can get to do a water change

Thanks again
Emilio

If it comes down to parting out for you
I'd be interested in the power strip and the auto topoff...
Plus any zoos, and soft corals for sale.

Mel

i really want to hold out as long as possible to sell it in 1 shot, i will reffer back to this thread in order for anyone interested in individual items once i go down the parting out road.
i gave it some thought and i am concerned how my son will take it seeing the tank that he loves so much being torn down bit by bit sold in parts and i dont know how long that will go on for, its kinda like a a band-aid its better to rip it off in 1 fast pull then sit there in torture yourself pulling it off slowly, the quicker its gone (when he is not home) the better

Thanks again to all for your kind thoughts
if anyone wants to see the tank PM me, i dont mind showing it
