My first corals which I just purchased today!!!

Trachyphyllia geoffroyi

Platygyra sp.

Is that okay in the rocks or should it be placed in the sandbed?

Fluxion,
I would keep an eye on that brain. It looks a little bleached out and appears that it was damaged at that area where the skeleton is getting exposed. Keep the water quality up and make sure to feed it enough.

Taks for the reply Genin. DO you think I should moe it down in the tank? it's about 2/3 of the way up in a 16" deep tank with a 96w compact flourescent.

I picked this big boy up at a LFS for $60. It is easily the size of a muskmelon.

This poor guy is only the decline every since I had a light explode over the frag tank.

My first two brains

We call this one lips
