For Everyone that needs to SET-UP

If you need to set-up your displays...

We will have the warehouse open at 10:00 am. (I'll try to have some coffee brewing )

This will allow enough time for people to set up their tables, displays, etc. and have some time to breath.

Just a quick note:

There are NO assigned sections within the warehouse. So it's kinda show up and find the spot of your liking.

We will do our best to provide ample space. However, if you want to be by the beer-garden ... you might want to get in a bit earlier.

Just a reminder:

If you are a vendor, we (MASVC) suggest you bring something for our raffle. It doesn't have to be an $1800.00 ER skimmer (however nice that may be) or the keys to a new car but... things like: Frags, t-shirts, hats, used reef stuff, new reef-stuff, etc. I think you all get the idea.

Once again, if you need a specific question(s) answered, just PM me or give a call.

Thanks in advance!

Bill

My dream raffle prize would be an 1800.00 ER Skimmer filled with Dark Brown Amber Ale. You know... the really dark dank stuff that a good skimmer can pull!

May I also make a suggestion to vendors. Although we plan on having plenty of 'auxiliary' items (tables, chairs, power cords, etc.), it would be a good idea that you make sure you have these items on hand for your booth so that no one goes without.

Do you think there will be enough tables for the non-vendors? It's always easier to conduct trades on a raised area.

I currently have 4 tables in the warehouse that are 24" d x 36" t x 84" L.
Each table can support 2-3 non-vendors. Basically we have enough table space for 12 non-vendors.

We will need more tables/chairs.

Vendors, please bring your typical set-ups for selling/trading.

Just a reminder: We should have a approx 200 gallons of UCSB water avail for non-vendors, vendors, and everyone else. If you prefer to use artificial h2o (??) please make some.

Carl,
New name because I sold the '63 and am working on a deal to trade the blown motor for another Scoot. Or sell it outright.

I'll take some of the Orang cap if you bring it. May try a stag as well.

Micromussa

I picked these up from Anthony many years ago when he was selling stuff out of his garage...

I might frag a piece for a cool trade.

Looks like I forgot a couple corals that I have to bring as well:

Original Botwin yellow tort

ORA miami orchid - you can find a similar picture here
http://www.exoticfrags.us/corals.php?s=22&c=85

*Also, if you're interested in the watermelon chalice... please let me know. I need to frag these early to let them heal in my tank before I bring them.

Thanks!
