No prob Sang, just trying to save you $ and time A majority of the rock is dropshipped from vendors/wholesalers in LA. I thinjk shipping for 100lbs ranges from $60 - $80. Anyhow that rock looks pretty sweet. Welcome back to the slave pit I'll let you know on the Auss.....

Thanks Eric and Kinetic. Well, I can't believe it. I was expecting to open a box full of stinky, putrid, rotten live rock, and it was the total opposite. In fact, it looked like the same rock as the one I got in on Fri. Whew, I dodged a bullet there. I can officially give my seal of approval on Dr Mac's Tonga Fusion rock!

Thats not as bad Sang.
When I got my 100lbs of TBS Coral Deco rock.. the whole house stank for 1 week... A bunch of the sponges on the rock died... my house wreeked like a garbage dump.. my wife left early in the morning and refused to come home till I got rid of the smell....

I had to scrub off some of the rock with the dead sponges, with TAP.... and did 50% WC the everyday for the whole week.. used TONS of carbon....

I was puking outside while cleaning some of the bad rock off..

LOL! No smell at all. Really strange as it was supposed to be uncured rock. The tank should be here this week. Can't wait!

Not with an H&S. BTW, are those your main speakers or surrounds?

Well, thought I'd update this thread. I finally picked up a few essential parts yesterday, the stand and sump. While I was at Jesse's, I had the fortune of meeting of Raddogz and Apon. It was very nice to meet both of you. Thanks again for helping me with the stand. When I got home, a friend of mine helped me carry the stand to my office. As Britney Spears would say, "Oops, I did it again" The stand was too wide to fit through the doors! Oh man, I had to take it apart and put it back together. Boy, I must have called Jesse 10x to give me pointers (thanks bro) I started to plumb the sump last night and will need to make yet another trip to Home Depot. Does this ever end? Here are a couple crappy pics:

Hey Roy,
Yep! When I sold the tank, I was already thinking upgrade. I just didn't think it would be so fast! No more stinky carpet. I don't give a rats *** if I have a spill now!

Now you're going to have to change out your Current Tanks info

It was nice meeting you as well, always great to put a face and name to a handle!

Nice skimmer! I like the nog shot better that you had earlier. Looks like a really tight fit. Can you lift off the collection cup in there? Might just be a funny angle on the photo.

Yeah, it's a tight fit so I had to trim a bit of the stand. Thanks again Apon. If all works out well, the tank might be here tomorrow!

My last tank was 48x36x20. The Elos is 48x32x20. I just need to put it on its side when carrying it through the door.

Good to see you all on Saturday. Sorry for everything being a bit scattered from the move, still. So I just talked to Sang and it looks like he will have to make the "long haul" up today or tomorrow as US customs FINALLY cleared this shipment and he can now officially be back! When things settle down we will have to do a meeting or something at the warehouse for BAR members.

Roy, I saw that too. Copycat had to do diamond pattern also. It looks do much better when you put a square tank on diamond pattern tile.
