sorry to hear about Sponge Bob and Nemo but those things happen. Keep watching your milk cartons for pictures.

Got me for a few minutes there! I'm a sucker for April fools jokes. I didn't even know it was tomorrow, lol. And catching us on the day before is just cold .

I think the canceling the feature because of one complaint is just silly. I can't think of a business that would be run this way.

I'm glad it is gone cluttering up the welcome page like that distracts me from hitting the search button and reading another useless thread about nothing. I would spend hours looking for the search button.... but now the TOTM has gone I am able to see it clearly and do what this website was made to do...

Thanks sick and tired or whatever the mod I mean complainers name was/is you have saved my fingers the tour of the welcome page...

Kudos!

I never heard back form anyone

It seems that the SPS dominated tank is what most of us are striving for, and even if its nots an SPS tank than its atleast about learning techniques to apply to our own softie or clam or even FO to maintain a stable environment.

I think whoever wrote that letter should apologise and beg to have the TOTM back.

I dont know who to thank , but whoever it is that keeps this whole thing going and puts in there time and effort to give us things like the TOTM. I just want to say Thank You. Please dont let one misguided member discourage you.

At this time I would also like to plug that we need a new Forum for non photosynthetic/predatory corals. Thank You
Sorry, man. I'm just fed up! It's too late.... it'll never be back. History!

If anyone has clicked on the "If any of our readers have further complaints they'd like to file about the Tank of the Month process, please click here." part I think you would see that it is a joke.

Good one guys, but you should really wait until April 1st for the jokes. : )

Ha ha ha. I hope some of you clicked on the link to offer feedback. I just about soiled myself when I saw the words "banned for life."

Oh well, TOTM it was fun while it lasted.

I agree that the selections for TOTM should have been diverse. I learned a heck of alot from those systems. The reply letter from the editor sounded like he just did not want to put the work into providing this learning tool. This feature was one of the reasons that I enjoy this site and Reefkeeping mag so much and why I was willing to pay to "Support RC". I urge those of you who value this feature as much as I do to withdraw your monetary support when your renewal time comes until it is reinstated. RC, just make the TOTM selections more diverse and continue it!

Wow there for a minute I thought I was in a room full of a bunch 3 year old whiners "bring it back, wa! wa!" Really suprised that there was that many people that fell for that.

Oh by the way I clicked the ban me button and am still posting HA HA!!

This is no joke, there has been an ongoing discussion for quite a while as to what should be done to the Tank of the Month.

Removing it is for everyones benefit in the long run.

Who said it's a joke!Good thing always comes to an end, right?
I was once fired from work April's Fool Day I thought it was joke only to find out it was the real thing.
So Skipper you might want to reverse your decision to close TOTM and make me happy for once,OK?LOL

I think Skipper is just overworked and unappreciated.

Some people should be ashamed of themselves.
