That one colony at the bottom middle looks just like the one I have. Where did you get it? If it was a LFS do you know where they got it? Here is mine. It is the one on the left. The red on the outer parts is kind of hidden and hard to take a pic of.

I had asked this in my other post earlier but do you guys think that this is a Micro? I had bought it thinking it was a micro and that is what they told me as well. It used to be smaller polyps but they have been showing a little larger than my other micros. How can you tell?

Welll, Finally Saturn has started getting used to the high light of my tank and I have a few new shots of her and some friends I have also decided to make myself a sweet little Valentines Day Bouquet with all the colors of the holiday... even a little Chocolate fondue! I am hoping as it grows out that it will fill in and just appear almost like a flower garden

Saturn

Mr. Cherrys Rockin BlueBerries

My own personal Valentines Day Bouquet

I'm sure Doc will correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the Indy micro loves light & he keeps it up high in his tank under 250 20K's I think....I think the Indy micro is awesome looking, I have been admiring it for awhile now!!!!!! soon very soon

Stacie is right, I have never had the ID in any other light than the 2X250 20K Radiums with 4X110 VHO way up high.... BURNING high in the tank...... There it is always actually a Royal Blue with a Cherry red..... I have not ever seen it either purple or green? someone else in a forum had mentioned that it maybe "faded" ? under the lower light in her tank... it might have been Alicia??? anyway, get that puppy up high under strong light

Stacie and Lam Yes I am loving that Saturn also LOL when I first got it .. it was just kinda a drab green... I was ready to get rid of the whole colony.. then it showed some pink as it aclimated to my lights then some light purple edging and now do you see that almost orange ring coming in hehe I am liking it ...

Another sleeper morph is the Chocolate fondue... it just started out almost brown with green centers but slowley became red with green and Now amazingly and this part excites me hehe it is developing centralized, radiating green lines out from the center like clock hands LOL its gonna be a sweet one.

New more acclimated Saturn Pic

Yup, it was me. My Independence Day came in looking fairly light, I figured just shipping stress. It has been in the tank for 5 weeks and I have left it up high but it still looks like this picture from last month when I recieved it. The only difference is that the center of the mouths has darkened and the outer ring in the mouth has gone to a teal color. The red is very deep and the outer ring is still light grayish. Funny...my Sweet Tooth from Chris bleached out under the lights after a week and I had to drop it to the bottom and the Purple Haze has stayed very light, only starting to barely darken a bit since I moved it to the bottom of the tank off to the side. The Sweet Tooth is coming back slowly but surely. I don't get it at all since Chris keeps everything way up high under his lights. Weird.
Oh BTW, not sure it is lower light per se, I run 2 x 250w 14K phoenix bulbs...no actinic supplemetation though.

Here is a recent pic of mine, I think it hasn't received enough light. Beautiful coral.

Here is an old pic, you can see it on the left - had a lot more blue. It was much bluer when I got it, I'm sure it would color back up.

I can't tell if this is it or not. Its an old picture and I've kind of lost track.

Thaks doc, It looks like the last pic there now. It did look purple under 10k's and high light. Now its under a 14k phoenix.
Maybe i'll try to put it neat the 400's again and see what that does. The red is crazy dsark, Just the purple looks more green now, But it is going thru a growth spurt.
I got it from captin picard. He beemed one over with the romulan warbird.
