Actually threads like yours are the reason people come to RC. You had a problem with a product and you shared it. People are passionate about the products they buy. That's why I think it got so heated (not that I haven't seen them worse by any means). Anyhow, cant you just take advantage of the blog feature RC offers to avoid the flame fest and just post the facts there?
