When I shopped around for one, all the Green Mandarins did not eat when fed frozen or live mysis. But the spotted ones mostly did. And thats the one I ended up purchasing. It has lived happily in my tank for about 3 month and is looking rather porkly.
I have a 1.5 year old 54 gallon mixed reef with a 12 gallon sump. |

Mine with me for almost 6 months now. Eating frozen mysis and grinded prawn meat. Only thing you need to target feed. It even takes a larger piece of food bigger than his mouth. One time a piece of food stuck up on his mouth for hours when he tried to swallow a bigger portion.
