Depends on the bulkhead. Check out glass-holes.com . They sell hole saws and bulkheads and they have great prices and great customer service.
They can hook you up with both... I just ordered mine from there for a replumbing of my tank! Brandon

1 1/2" pipe requires a 2 3/8" hole if you are using SCH40 pipe.

No problem at all... they are great guys and have great prices!
Thats exactly why I ordered from them, too. This way I KNEW I would get the correct diamond hole saw size for the bulkhead. Last time I drilled, my holes were about 2mm off... and that means A LOT of time with the Dremel trying to make them big enough! Major pain! Brandon

They seem to be about the same prices but without free shipping (as far as I can tell).

I was just trying to offer another alternative and save him a couple bucks. This hobby is expensive enough as it is. I think the cheapest route to go is still to get the ones off eBay as long as you don't mind waiting a couple weeks for them to ship from China.

Expensive? This hobby? What?!
Totally cool man. I know an RC member has it in their "occupation" that they own diamondbitsusa... and yours seems to have changed a bit... but its all good. nodbugger: Good to hear about the overflow! I really like their design, and thought about using one when I replumb my tank, but decided against it simply because I've already got a horizontal overflow and it is easy to do another one. But now someone is wanting to sell a 90 gallon and I'm wanting to talk my wife into it! Brandon
