Are they fish killers? I want one and my LFS here just got one in, but I'm afraid they will kill my snails, shrimp, hermits and fish. Do you know?

I don't think so but they do make loud clicking sounds (sounds like a pistol) out of nowhere so if you want some noise in your tanks this shrimp is right for you.

The noise wont bother too much, well as long as it's not an every other minute type thing. LOL I seen a vid were one killed a shrimp, and figured since it can kill a shrimp and eat it will it kill small fish and other things in my tank.

The shrimp / fish combo was still there this afternoon. Has been there for at least 2 weeks now (it's up the street from my office, so I stop in once or twice a week) and looks good.

I haven't heard that they are fish killers, the shrimp correct? Mine just digs where ever the goby goes and doesn't bother anything. As far as the clicking goes, I have watched the shrimp and the noise looks to come from the shrimps claws jerking backwards. Here's a vid I posted awhile ago.
