Help with 20 long

I have a 20 long that I want to set up. I'm looking at keeping zoos, rics, some inverts and maybe a fish or two. I've been searching around on Nano-reef.com and the nano forum on here and it seems everyone has something different. My main ?'s are

Do I want to put a MH fixture on like the 150w Sunpod or if I should go t-5? (I might put a clam in later)


What kind of HOB filter, or other filter would be good with it?

If anyone has some pictures of their setups and can post them up....that would be Awesome!
